Abstract: 

Hyperimmunoglobulin E (HIE) syndrome is a rare immunodeficiency disorder. HIE syndrome has multiple abnormalities include recurrent skin abscesses (hence, the name Job syndrome), pneumonia, high serum levels of IgE, Facial, dental and skeletal features. We presented a case of HIE with dermatologic findings, recurrent productive cough and facial features. The diagnosis of HIE require differentiation from other disease. No definitive therapy is available for the treatment. The mainstay of treatment is the control of bacterial infections.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Job enrichment is a method that has been used to increase employee satisfaction and work motivation. The Hackman and Oldham Job characteristics model (1976) has served as the foundation for many Job enrichment efforts. In particular, a considerable amount of research has been devoted to the study of the Job characteristics-Job satisfaction relations. Te purpose of this study was to statistically determine the relation between Job characteristics and Job satisfaction among employees of hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) in 2007. Materials and Methods: This study was a cross-sectional one, including 6 TUMS-affiliated hospitals-Emam, Shariati, Baharlo, Ziaeian, Madaen and Azadi. The sample size was 400, consisting of 200 administrative employees (50%), 151 nurses (38%) and 49 physicians (12%). The random sampling and stratified proportional sampling methods were used to select the hospitals and interviewees, respectively. Two questionnaires were developed and used to identify Job characteristics and Job satisfaction: 1) Job diagnostics surveys (JDS) and 2) Hertzberg's Job satisfaction questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was ascertained by test-retest using the Pearson correlation coefficient (r = 0.88). Linear-by-linear association and ordinal logistics regression analysis were used for analyzing the data gathered.Results:The relations between the Motivational Potential Score (MPS) and Job characteristics (except for feedback) with Job satisfaction were statistically significant (p<0.05). Task identity was the most effective determinant of Job satisfaction. Conclusion: It appears that all the Job characteristics (except feedback) are important determinants of Job satisfaction of the hospital employees. Although the work environment is in need of restructuring, it is important to note, from a positive perspective, that the Job characteristics discussed in this study are readily amenable to change Job satisfaction at the organizational level.

Abstract: 

Purpose: A 12 year-old boy and a known case of Job’s syndrome presented with a large conjunctival mass which represented coexistence of HPV and HSV infections.Case Report: The presence of HPV virus within these lesions was confirmed by biopsy and DNA analysis. The mass lesions did not respond to anti-HPV therapy with topical interferon-2b, oral cimetidine and oral acyclovir, but improved promptly with antiviral therapy with intravenous acyclovir administered for cutaneous herpetic lesions. HSV infection was diagnosed clinically by the typical extensive epithelial dendritic lesion over the conjunctival mass and its dramatic response to IV acyclovir.Conclusion: Based on our results and on the relevant literature we propose an immunological mechanism for this unique manifestation of coexisting herpes simplex virus and human papilloma virus infections in hyper-IgE syndrome.

Abstract: 

حوادث در محیط کار باعث آسیب رساندن به پرسنل می شود که با شناسایی این خطرات می توان از بسیاری از آنها پیشگیری نمود. پژوهش حاضر بصورت مقطعی با هدف شناسایی خطرات و ارزیابی ریسک با استفاده از تکنیک آنالیز ایمنی شغلی آن در یکی از آزمایشگاههای کشور انجام شد. ایتدا خطرات فرآیند شناسایی شد و ارزیابی ریسک فعالیتهای انجام شد و در نهایت اولویت بندی خطرات انجام گرفت و راه حل کنترلی ارائه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل ریسک پر خطر کار در آزمایشگاه که شامل: عدم استفاده از وسایل حفاظتی مخصوصا دستکش مقاوم و غیر قابل نفوذ، ماسک، روپوش، پیش بندمخصوص وغیره برای پرسنل و دانشجویان، عدم جمع آوری پسماندهایی مانند ظروف پلاستیکی، شیشه ای و نیز جعبه ها ی کیت ها و معرف ها که طی کارآلوده به سرم و مایعات بدن می شوند، درمحفظه های جداگانه ای جهت مراحل بازیافت، عدم برقراری ارتباط برای دفع زائدات خطرناک با شهرداری، عدم درخواست بازرسانی برای بازدید و کنترل آزمایشگاه، عدم درخواست جمع آوری جداگانه زائدات جدا شده از سایر زائدات از شهرداری، عدم درخواست بررسی پساب آزمایشگاه توسط شرکت آب و فاضلاب و چگونگی دفع آن بوده است. 64 % از خطرات شناسایی شده در محدوده پر خطر، 27 % در محدوده خطر متوسط و 9 % در محدوده کم خطر قرار دارند. از جمله اقداماتی که در مورد خطرات با ریسک متوسط می توان انجام داد شامل: برنامه ریزی در مورد کاهش حجم پسماند تولیدی، آموزش تحت یک برنامه ریزی خاص در خصوص مدیریت پسماندها و در صورت امکان استفاده از مواد شیمیایی و ضدعفونی کننده ای که خطرکمتری برای افراد و محیط زیست دارند می باشد. اقداماتی که در مورد ریسک های کم خطر حین کار می توان انجام داد شامل: برنامه ریزی برای استفاده از درمقابل وسایلی که دوباره وارد چرخه کاری در مقابل وسایل یک بارمصرف می باشد.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله با ارایه کاملی از دسته بندی مسایل زمان بندی ماشین، مساله کارخانه همگام خودرو که تولید کننده قطعات خودروهای سواری است مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. با توجه به نوع مساله مدل زمان بندی بر پایه مدل flexible Job shop (FJS) ارایه می گردد. مدت زمان طولانی اجرای مدل برای داده های کارخانه علت اصلی رویکرد به یک روش اکتشافی جهت حل مساله می باشد. در روش اکتشافی مساله به دو قسمت تقسیم می شود؛ در مرحله اول یک تخصیص مناسب جهت بهینه شدن بار کاری تمام ماشین ها بدست می آید. در مرحله دوم با یک زمان بندی مناسب با توجه به تخصیص بدست آمده در مرحله اول کل مساله بهینه می شود. به علت اینکه در مدل FJS زمان بندی و تخصیص کار به صورت همزمان انجام می گیرد از تقریب های احتمالی که در تفکیک مساله رخ می دهد کاسته شده و جواب بهتری نسبت به حل روش اکتشافی حاصل می شود. لازم به ذکر است که مدت زمان اجرای روش اکتشافی یک پنجم زمان اجرای مدل FJS می باشد. نتایج حاصل از حل روش اکتشافی، بهبود حدود  %5را در ساعات کاری و هزینه پرداخت و عملیات در مقایسه با اجرای کارخانه نشان می دهد.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Cases of coronavirus and mortality caused by the virus are increasing rapidly. These emergencies in addition to threatening human physical health, have affected mental health. Given the importance of mental health in predicting physical function, this study aimed to investigate and compare the corona disease Anxiety among police officers with different Job hardiness in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods: This research was a causal-comparative study. The statistical population of the research was 500 police officers in Sari city, Iran. Two hundred and twenty-one of the subjects were selected by available sampling. The Corona Disease Anxiety Questionnaires (CDAS) with 18 items and Job Hardiness Questionnaires (JHQ) with 17 items were used in the data collection process. Data were analyzed using t-test with two independent samples in SPSS 24 software. Results: There is a significant difference between the corona disease Anxiety in two groups with high and low Job hardiness which is equal to 5. 04 (P<0/05). As a result, the mean difference between the two groups is significant. Conclusion: According to the results, coronavirus Anxiety is generally lower in people with high Job hardiness than in people with low Job hardiness. To put it differently, the more or even stronger the Job hardiness in people, the less corona Anxiety will be experienced. Therefore, training courses are suggested to strengthen and improve the psychological and professional hardiness of police officers.
